Glass French Press Cafetière - Green

This Glass French Press is an evolution of the traditional French Press cafetière. An uncompromising marriage of function and beauty, the green glass French Press brews a perfect full-bodied pot of coffee or tea.

Made of premium heat-proof borosilicate glass, it is durable and able to withstand extreme temperatures. Borosilicate glass is most commonly associated with laboratory glassware and high end kitchenwares. The glass is much more resistant to thermal shock than standard glass making it ideal for use with both boiling and cold water. It provides a delicate appearance and superior durability allowing it to be washed in the dishwasher.

In addition to the green coloured borosilicate glass these beautiful glass french press cafetières are also available in amber, clear glass and grey coloured glass. The volume capacity of the cafetière is 850ml, providing you with four cups of fantastic tasting coffee.

The cafetière consists of a copper pull, stainless steel plunger and green coloured glass body. Not only is the Yield Glass French Press great for making coffee but also loose-leaf tea and cocktails! Part of our Tableware collection, the glass cafetiere was designed and manufactured by Yield Design, an independent design house established in San Francisco in 2012 by Andrew Deming and Rachel Gant, and now based in St Augustine, Florida.
